Refund and Returns Policy

At Style n Fashions, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality. However, if you experience any issue with your order, please review our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy below.

Disclaimer

If your package appears to be opened, tampered with, or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact us.

If the package is accepted in a damaged condition, Style n Fashions will not be responsible for any claims related to transit damage.

Return Policy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications are carefully presented.

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, and differences in screen displays. Such variations are not considered product defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you require any clarification before placing your order, feel free to contact our customer support.

Important Note

We offer size exchange only.

Returns or refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

• Order ID
• Clear photos of the product
• An unboxing video showing the defect or incorrect item

Once your request is approved, you will be required to send the product back to our return address using any courier service. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Size Exchange

Please review the product description and size information carefully before placing your order.

If you require a size exchange:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp.
• Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Customers must courier the product back within 48 hours of delivery.
• We currently do not provide pickup service.
• Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Exchange Shipping Charge:
₹100 per product.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received.
• Wrong product delivered.

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.

Refunds will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or via Bank Transfer, Google Pay, or PhonePe, wherever applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Used products.
• Products without original packaging.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Minor color variations caused by display settings or photography.
